Flexcoat is a technology developed by us that eliminated the necessity of a hardshell outer case.
This allows us to decrease the case’s weight and at the same time increase the shock-absorbtion
characteristics dramatically.

The flexcoat is a two-component polymer with a high molecular density. The reaction of the 2 components is very short and a lot of heat will be exposed. After the reaction there is a very elastic, durable and steady flexcoat which is perfect to make Bouncecases.

This depends on the size and the fournitures on the Bouncecase. In most cases the Bouncecases are half the weight of the traditional cases.

Yes, we can make Bouncecases in every dimension without the use of a expensive mold. We only need to design the case for dimensions, compartments, use and we can start to CNC-mil the Bouncecase.

The base is a special shock absorption foam which is coated with flexcoat on the outside. This means that there are 3 layers of absorption:
– The flexcoat on the outside
– The foam between the flexcoat and the foamblock
– The milled foamblock around the content (in traditional packigings this is the only absorption layer)

We do not need a mold to make Bouncecases. Therefore we can built them, also in smaller quantities, for an affordable price. The only one-time costs are design and setup which will give relative higher prices for single pieces and small series.

Bouncecases are a specific designed productline by Koffer- en Lederwarenfabriek Lejan BV. All Bouncecases will be delivered and invoiced by Koffer- en lederwarenfabriek Lejan BV.
